The art of wood carving never fails to fascinate visitors to the Bernese Oberland. The crale of wood carving can be found in Brienz where the craft was pioneered by Christian Fischer nearly two centuries ago. To this day many workshops exist throughout the region.
Our shop in Brienz has a museum dedicated to the art of wood carvings, and a workshop where you can see our wood craftsmen at work.
